We pride ourselves on our ability to make sure that every job undertaken is carried out to a high standard we advise the you take a moment to read our terms and conditions.

1. EDM Valets will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted, so we ask that any and all valuable and personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before work is carried out.

2. Child seats must be removed & refitted by you, the customer. We will not be able to take out or refit seats for safety reasons under any circumstances.

3. If you have booked an interior Deep Clean service, please make sure your vehicle is in a reasonable condition by removing excess items from the interior and boot area. Either remove all your personal belongings, or put them in a bag away from rubbish that we will clear.

4. Our determination of the vehicle size category or degree of time required to complete the work shall be final and binding.

5. EDM Valets will carry out a vehicle Inspection prior to commencement of work. This is not only to protect us but to protect you, the customer. All Vehicles will be checked for any dents/scratches before the valet takes place. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts. Please make us aware of any problems before we start your valet or detail, along with any recent repairs carried out i.e. paintwork, smart repairs, recent detailing like newly blacked trims.

6. Any price we quote over the telephone or email is only an estimate and should be used as a guide and not a guarantee. Factors such as excessive build up of vehicle contaminants can increase the time that must be spent to provide an excellent finish, and therefore increases in cost may be necessary. We shall inform you of any necessary changes for your approval before work commences.

7. The customer should inform us in advance if a particularly intense job is require on a vehicle in poor condition.

8. EDM Valets offers excellent service, but our work can be subject to weather conditions. If we arrive at the agreed destination and the weather is poor then we will arrange another convenient time for the work to be completed. This will be at no extra cost to the customer.

9. EDM Valets will not carry out any work if your vehicle is deemed to be an unsafe location i.e. parked road side on a terrace Street. This is for safety reasons, both for us and the general public.

10. All payments must be made on the day, upon completion of the service.

11. If you have booked in for package (Every Detail matters) £100 deposit must be made upfront and will be deducted from the remaining amount and is non-refundable should you, the customer choose to cancel.

12. EDM Valets reserves the right to modify its pricing schedule or any quotation without prior notice.

13. Any and all abusive language or violence will not be tolerated under any circumstances and the job will be cancelled on the spot.

14. we will require access to a outside water supply and a plug socket for our extension lead to be connected to for power.

15. Your vehicle must be parked on a drive way or in a agreed location before any work is carried out.

16. We may take before and after pictures and videos of your vehicle which we may or may not use for our website and on social media, should you not want this you MUST express this to your Detailer before work is carried out.

17. By booking with EDM Valets you will have entered into a binding contract and we will assume that you have read and understand these terms and conditions.
